Jon M. Rosemeyer offers
Commercial Business Dispute Mediation services. Mediation is a voluntary process where the parties involved in a dispute use an impartial mediator to help them work toward their own solutions in settling the dispute. As a mediator, Jon facilitates dialogue, but does not impose solutions. As opposed to a judge, jury, or arbitrator, Jon will not determine the final outcome. The parties control the outcome themselves. Mediation does not subject one party to “win” and the other to “lose.” Mediation is very advantageous when it is important for the disputing parties to not only reach a speedy resolution and keep costs at a minimum, but also to maintain an on-going relationship. As an attorney Jon has twenty five years of experience working with businesses on a wide variety of commercial transactions, including those involving real estate and leases. This experience gives him the ability to better understand the complexities of a commercial business dispute, provide a fresh look at the conflict, and make suggestions to help the parties come to a solution that will work for all parties.
