Over the past 20 years, with increases in life expectancy and the elderly population, a new area of law developed to meet the needs of our seniors. This area of law is now commonly known as Elder Law. At PS&E, our Elder Law group has the experience and dedication to assist seniors and their families in preparing for and successfully dealing with unique problems that arise for seniors. It takes a certain type of caring professional to work with seniors to accomplish their goals. Our team counsels seniors and their families while providing the comfort and compassion that is needed to work through difficult and often emotional situations.

Although many aspects of Elder Law pertain exclusively to seniors, Elder Law also encompasses disability planning for clients of all ages. Proper planning ensures that a family member with special needs is provided for, while still qualifying for valuable government programs and other services.
