Jim is a Shareholder with the firm and has more than 35 years of experience in personal injury and wrongful death cases.  He represents injured clients, their families and the estates of the deceased persons who have been injured or killed due to the negligence of individuals or corporations.   When a person or their loved one experiences a serious injury or death as a result of an accident, the aftermath can be devastating.  Many people can be angry, fearful, frustrated, and confused about the complex insurance, legal, and medical issues and how their family’s financial need will be met. Jim understands this is a highly emotional time and while being compassionate, he will vigorously represent his clients to make certain that the responsible individuals and companies are held accountable.  Each client receives professional service with personal attention and timely communication.   Jim’s practice is limited to representation of injured individuals and estates of deceased victims of negligent acts, products liability, negligence, insurance law, and wrongful death matters.
